Where Strategy Meets Momentum

What I Do
I’ve always been obsessed with one thing: what makes people move.

Before I ever ran an ad, launched a product, or scaled a business, I studied psychology — because understanding people is the foundation of everything. Motivation. Desire. Identity. Decision-making. What makes someone say yes. What makes someone believe.

That curiosity turned into entrepreneurship.

I launched my first product in the fitness space with big vision and zero marketing experience. The product was solid. The passion was real. But I learned fast: a great product without marketing is invisible.

So I went all in.When Amazon FBA was just heating up, I shipped inventory into Amazon warehouses and started running sponsored ads. I tested. I optimized. I learned how attention works in real time. And it worked — we sold a ton.The business eventually failed.

But I didn’t.

Because what I discovered was bigger than that one product:
I loved marketing. I loved advertising. I loved bridging the gap between great ideas and the people who needed them.

Helping customers discover products that improve their lives.

Helping businesses grow beyond what they thought was possible. It was a win-win — and I was hooked. So I built an agency.

One of my first clients went from $20K/month to $300K/month in just three months. That wasn’t luck. That was psychology, strategy, positioning, and execution working together. That’s when I realized something:
My ability to help people had leveled up.

I wasn’t just selling products.
I was building momentum for businesses.
I was creating opportunity.
I was helping founders win.

Today, Raymond J Media is the evolution of that journey.

I’m a one-man creative force — blending psychology, advertising strategy, and high-level creative production. I don’t just run ads. I build narratives. I craft positioning. I produce the creative that makes people stop scrolling and start acting.

Because at the end of the day, marketing isn’t about algorithms.

It’s about people.

And I’m here to help them move.
